A 3,800 SF tenant improvement for the new winslow + partners’ offices in the heart of downtown Phoenix.  Building on the office culture of total collaboration and constant interaction, the layout is completely open and surrounded by magnetic whiteboards and smaller break out spaces.  The bigger conference room with three full walls of magnetic white board is dedicated to the Innovation-Think-Tank appropriate for the design thinking facilitation. 

The white-on-white color scheme grew out of the firm’s belief in simple elegance, but also as an effort to provide continuity between the old and new without being too overwhelming.

The layout of the Heard Building allows for maximum daylighting and great city views all around the office. Part of design was focused on keeping some of the historic elements like the operable windows facing Central Avenue and the old mailbox slot (cast iron) in the elevator lobby.
