winslow + partners worked with a private developer and the City of Phoenix Historic Preservation Office to renovate three, 1920's bungalows in downtown Phoenix. Street Coffee is the first business venture of the three houses to launch within the site. winslow + partners removed the non-historic, interior walls to create a modern, lofted interior with natural light throughout. As part of the renovation the staircase to the second level was completely removed to provide more room and create high ceilings.
