winslow + partners created a prototype for a professional Baseball Academy for a private developer.  The facility had living, dining, meeting and academic spaces for training professional baseball players year-round.

The building included both flex-space and dedicated spaces to compliment training, healthy eating, plus leisure with integration of current technologies and social trends that would support the team’s culture.

The design centered on Pro-Baseball's lifestyle and culture to create a second home for the players that helped enhance their performance as a team.

Woven into the design was the potential for a second life as a senior-living facility to cause minimal financial impact on the investors.
