The first of two campus master plans for the college. It was based on an assessment of all of the existing buildings, their capacity, in conjunction with the needs expressed during programming sessions with each department faculty and administration group. It considered circulation elements, wayfinding systems as well as new and remodeled buildings. The time frame for the plan included immediate needs and future projections.

Paul Winslow, FAIA, led the design development, and was the project architect while working at Orcutt/Winslow.
