ABOUT PAUL

Born and raised in Phoenix, Paul has strong feelings about enhancing the development of the Metropolitan area.  For virtually all of his career he has lived and practiced in Maricopa County and has participated actively in both City and community organizations that support the Metropolitan area.  His career included 40 years as a managing partner in one of the largest and most successful architectural firms in the state, Orcutt|Winslow.  During his tenure at Orcutt|Winslow, he developed specific expertise in facilitation and planning, which forms the basis of winslow + partners.

As a visionary architect, he incorporates his extensive knowledge of building systems and construction methods to offer appropriate strategies for each project regardless of size, budget, or time constraints resulting in the "best buy" for the client. He leads our office “Innovation Think Tank” for planning and businesses, which is a design thinking protocol that combines creative and critical thinking to generate innovative approaches to any given problem or situation.
