Our firm planned critical elements to create connectivity and relationship between dense new residential development, retail and cultural amenities anchored by hospitality and office assets. We insured that the project had enough critical mass to spur adjacent development and yet maintain the character and human scale so vital to it's success.

We proposed adaptive reuse of the large 1930's Milum warehouse complex, as an entertainment and retail destination,  for the growing number of new urban residents (predicted 5,600+ new units within the area).
