Each campus was reviewed for their current operation and educational approach.  The principal, a teacher and community member from each of the 17 campuses were interviewed to understand their unique needs and concerns. This information was organized and categorized to determine consistencies and disparities, as well as specific needs for each campus. A series of meetings were held for community and teacher representatives of each campus, to evaluate the overall needs of the District.  New ideas and discussions of current strategies were reviewed. This information was collated into a report to the Governing Board for further action.
