Goodyear Litchfield Corridor Plan
GOODYEAR, AZ

A citizen involved planning effort to encourage development along the Litchfield Road corridor, from the I-10 Freeway to the southern end of the city core. With numerous meetings with a select group of community members, the planning included a range of new commercial opportunities, while taking advantage of the existing fabric. Key existing elements were the Phoenix Goodyear Airport and existing commercial and residential development. It also included the original center of the town, though a new City Complex was planned a mile to the West. The intent was to provide concepts to create a series of elements that would assist in creating an identity to the area.

Paul Winslow, FAIA, led the design development, and was the project architect while working at Orcutt/Winslow.
