Created to show how the Arts District could be enhanced to include the Heard Museum, the Phoenix Art Museum, the Phoenix Theater and potential art galleries into a walkable district. The concept demonstrated the incorporations of a range of mixed use facilities, including residential, commercial and civic uses along a pedestrian corridor.  The adjacency to residential neighborhoods and existing highrise commercial buildings demonstrated how an urban community could be developed.
