ABOUT HAL

Hal White has been part of the construction industry for over 45 years, with experience in varying positions including Project Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Self-Perform Manager, Pre-construction, Manager and President of Big-D Southwest, LLC. Hal has worked on private and public sector projects of all different sizes throughout the United States including institutional, education and prisons; mission critical and semi-conductor; health care; manufacturing, distribution and food processing; retail; hospitality, resort and

residential; office and parking structure work.

 

His experience, strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills are imperative for comprehensive estimates, effective cost analysis, resource availability and constructability.
